MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA — A woman awoke just before 4am Friday morning to a home invasion –and she was ready to fight back.
Police responded to a call that someone had been shot at a residence. When they arrived, they found a male suspect at the scene with life-threatening injuries from a gunshot wound. He died several hours later from his injuries.
Police are searching for other suspects involved in the home invasion.
