I carry a Glock 43.
I carry my Glocks (this 43 and my 19) in a Galco KingTuk IWB.
When it comes to IWB holsters, I first decided to try this upon recommendations from friends, and its reviews on Amazon. I wanted something that allowed me to tuck in my shirt, because I might need to do so, and because the wife likes when I tuck in my shirt. My first purchase was the model for the Glock 19. I was impressed by the craftsmanship and comfort of the holster. I had tried the MIC and an OWB Cobra Gunskin before this.
Then when the Glock 43 came out and I purchased one, I waited for Galco to come out with the KingTuk for this gun. Again, I wasn’t disappointed. This gun and holster combination works great: so well that I might almost forget it’s with me.
I am new to owning firearms, though I’m military. My interest started when I carried an M-16 in Iraq. My job had never put me in close proximity to firearms (unless you consider the F-16’s 20mm cannon). So I started talking to my friends who owned guns. When I got back to the US-of-A, I found out that there’s a Glock blue label dealer in town. I shot my first G19 at the range and was hooked. So when the G43 came out, I tried the G42 (the closest thing at the time, since the G43 was so new and my gun range didn’t have one yet), and decided I’d get the G43 without shooting one. I wasn’t disappointed.
