Suspect Identified In NYC Execution Caught On Camera, Victim Was Ex-Girlfriend Of Suspect

Published

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK — A suspect turned herself in, alongside her lawyer, just hours after she ran up behind her ex-girlfriend on the sidewalk and shot her once in the head. The attack happened in broad daylight, shocking the neighborhood that does not usually see violence. The entire incident was captured on surveillance video.

38-year-old Latisha Bell is identified as the suspect. The victim, identified as 51-year-old Nichelle Thomas, did not survive the attack. The two are said to have previously had a relationship.

As details come to light over the coming weeks and months, it’s hard to say what led Bell to make the decision she made. It’s irrelevant to a certain degree, because Bell has proven to be an unstable individual. One of the most important parts, from the perspective of a concealed carry website, is to prepare yourself for situations such as this. More so, avoiding them altogether.

We can’t always choose the outcomes of relationships, and we don’t always know if a partner will one day snap. It’s a roll of the dice, really, but the tragic outcomes are fortunately rare.

If questionable behavior does arise from an ex, or current partner, taking a good look at the situation with open eyes is important. Moves can be made to sometimes un-fan the flames, and decisions can be made to help avoid that person who could potentially bring harm.
