Little do they know that she’s an off duty officer and is carrying a firearm, and things get real for everyone very quickly.
While this officer didn’t have all the time in the world to react, she still knew that something was off out of the gate. Her alert was heightened and she reacted quickly, likely helping to contribute to her survival.
