S&W SD40VE or Taurus PT140 Millennium G2 in an Original Alien Gear leather holster. I have the Black and Tan backer. I prefer this holster primarily for its comfort and concealability and the fact it can be tucked and virtually disappears due to the large range of adjustment. My fiancé also carries her Taurus PT111 Millennium G2 in an original one in black as well. This is the position we both wear ours in (pictured above).
