A legally armed citizen was no where to be found because, well, this is a story from New York City. A better definition; A place where only criminals and police have guns.
Three people are wanted in an armed robbery that happened at a barber shop on Friday. The group walked in and one of them, 24-year-old Ramael Pierson, got his hair cut. After the cut, the three robbed the barber at gunpoint and emptied the register. They ran off and are still being sought by police.
