Reanimated Suspect Shows Us It’s Not Always Over When We Think It Is

Published

There is something to be said about a suspect who is shot, multiple times, and then gets right back up after a few moments on the ground and walks away. It’s a testament to the survival capabilities of the human body, and it’s honestly pretty remarkable to witness.

With that, it also means that a downed suspect may not be completely down, and this isn’t the first time we’ve seen this type of reanimation after being shot multiple times.

For the officers in the case, the suspect didn’t become aggressive again but was rather trying to get away.

In a self-defense situation for a citizen, it’s important to make certain that the threat has been stopped, and that means keeping your eyes on the suspect at all times while you wait for police to come assist and take over. It also means being ready to fire additional shots if that suspect is able to get back up and come at you again.

Just some things to ponder.
