Video Shows Us How Quickly We’d Need To Be Ready For This Home Invasion

BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY — A homeowner found himself up against multiple armed intruders after they kicked in his front door Wednesday night.

We aren’t sure if the homeowner had any warning prior to the door being busted in, but he literally had a second or two to react to the invasion.

Warren County deputies responded to a home on Louisville Road Wednesday night after receiving a call about shots being fired. When they arrived, they found the homeowner had a gunshot wound to his right hand.

Investigators reviewed home security video showing that someone kicked the door in, and four intruders entered the home. You can see the gunfire being exchanged when the lead intruder enters the doorway where the victim was.

Watch the video below and ask yourself; Would my reaction time be enough to arm myself?

The homeowner was shot in the right hand at some point during the incident. It isn’t known whether any of the bad guys were injured, and they are still being sought by police.

One thing is for sure; these four thugs left in a hurry once they came under fire. It’s funny how that works.
