Man Robs Two People, Shoots One, Then Gets Shot With His Own Gun By The 2nd Victim

Published

DALLAS, TEXAS — In a harrowing brush with a death, a man who was shot by a robber attacked the man who shot him, got his gun, and shot him dead, according to Dallas News.

Toshumbre Austin, age 33, thought that he could do whatever he wanted to two victims without repercussions.

Not so.

Austin approached two men with the intention of robbing them.

He shot one and pistol-whipped another — and the one he shot fought back. He got the firearm, and shot Austin dead.

Afterwards, he himself was taken to the hospital, where he was reportedly in stable condition.

Dallas News reports that Police will refer this particular case to a grand jury to determine if any charges are warranted.

There better not be.

Let’s think for a second about how brave this man had to have been to have been shot then fought back for his life.

The guy started at a disadvantage, leveled the playing field, then won the battle for his life.

For crying out loud — why are charges even being considered?

Don’t get me wrong — sometimes people can be zealous in the application of justice. But even the man pistol-whipped was in a place where he could be using deadly force to defend himself.
