#DIGTHERIG – Don and his Glock 30
I appendix carry my Glock 30 in an inside the waistband holster made by The Well Armed Woman holster company. I will own, shoot, maintain, and carry this Glock 30 for many more years…. I certainly trust it to protect my life….I’ve put over 5,200 rounds through it with no problems. I’m a slender, 6′ 155 pound Grandpa who can carry this rig all day at the 1:00 appendix location. I became interested in TWAW holster company after watching a you tube video review of the same holster…. by a guy! Yes, you can get all kinds of holsters and accessories from TWAW holster company in a variety of colors and styles….. purple, hot pink, Zebra striped….. etc…… but being a man, I chose the “manly” black carbon fiber! The bottom line is…. the holster is so well made….completely covers the firearm….has excellent retention and comfort….and, just by looking at it, you obviously can’t tell it’s made by a woman’s holster company! It’s simply a great holster that, in my opinion, can be utilized to safely carry a firearm…….by women….or men.
My North American Arms 22 Magnum revolver resides in my homemade leather pocket holster. With the leather and rivets purchased from a local leather company, it was inexpensive to make…. fits the revolver like a glove…keeps the firearm oriented in an upright position in my pocket …..always “at the ready”. The NAA 22 magnum has over 1,000 rounds through it with no issues……it’s certainly a quality firearm. While it’s not my primary carry weapon, I carry it everyday also….. just in case. Carry on!
