Here Is Why You Don’t Bring A Can Of Mace To A Gun Fight

A man trying to rob someone with a can of mace lost his life after his would-be victim had a little more firepower than him.

A man was apparently doing his good deed of the day when he offered to give another man a ride in his vehicle (tip of the day: Don’t give rides to strangers). When he stopped his vehicle to drop the man off at his requested destination, he pulled out a can of mace and sprayed the driver in the face in an attempt to disable and rob him.

Fearing for his life, the driver pulls out his firearm and fires at the man, hitting him once. The driver cleared the mace from his eyes and took off in his vehicle to get away from the mace-wielding robber. When police arrived at the scene, they found the robber dead on a nearby front yard.

The investigation is ongoing, and there is no word on any charges that the driver may face, if any.
